Large shareholding report Japan: what the 5% rule files, and what we hold

Japan's Financial Instruments and Exchange Act requires anyone crossing 5% of a listed company's voting rights to file a large shareholding report (大量保有報告書) with the local finance bureau within five business days, and to file a change report on each 1% move. The filings are public on EDINET the day they land.

Counts are rows in the named file as at the build on 2026-09-07, not an estimate of the register. A register we reach in windows is a floor, so where a source caps a query the figure understates and never overstates.

Every filing named here is a public disclosure made by the holder to a regulator. Nothing on this page is a recommendation, and a filing is a record of what somebody already did.
