Research publication licence

Prior Moves publishes research on investor positions and model-inferred next purchases. This publication is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial research use only. You may not republish, reproduce, or distribute the content without attribution and permission.

Accuracy and warranties

Prior Moves publishes predictions based on historical data and machine-learning models. We make no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Model accuracy varies by investor and time period. Past performance does not predict future results.

Use of this site is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prior Moves and its operators disclaim all liability for losses, damages, or claims arising from use of this site.

Subscription and billing

If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Prior Moves Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong.
