13F filing search: what the quarterly institutional filing shows, and what we hold

A 13F is the quarterly report an institutional manager with over 100 million dollars in listed US equities files with the SEC, due 45 days after the quarter ends. It lists long US positions only: no shorts, no cash, no foreign lines, and it is six weeks stale on the day it appears.

Counts are rows in the named file as at the build on 2026-09-07, not an estimate of the register. A register we reach in windows is a floor, so where a source caps a query the figure understates and never overstates.

Every filing named here is a public disclosure made by the holder to a regulator. Nothing on this page is a recommendation, and a filing is a record of what somebody already did.
